The Portuguese pianist Gerardo Rodrigues released, in September 2021, his second original album “Estado de Alma”, a composition that continues the work started with “Improvisos”, in 2020, and marks his journey of self-discovery in times of change and uncertainty, fueled by the pandemic. 

The transparency, simplicity and authenticity of his compositions are already his mark, and this second album is no exception, presenting itself as the story of his own emotions, explored at a time when Gerardo redefined his path, his goals and priorities. In a very particular style, which balances between New-Age, Neo-Classical or Modern-Classical, his compositions show his love for the piano, resulting in a unique work in Portugal. 

After the Piano Solo tour through almost 30 Portuguese Auditoriums, in the beginning of 2022, Gerardo Rodrigues now brings the "Estado de Alma" to the European stages and the promise is to excite, surprise and inspire all audiences.
