We are proud to welcome an exciting young Ukrainian pianist, Olga Zado, to perform a piano
recital.

Olga was born in Odessa in 1990 and received her musical education in Bern, Switzerland. From the age of seven she has been giving solo recitals and has performed with many national orchestras all over Europe. This will be her debut recital in the UK.

Last November she was invited to play in the main hall at the new Elbphilharmonie Concert Hall in Hamburg in their inaugural year. She played to a full house in the 2500 seat venue and this was such a huge success that she has been invited back to play a recital this Autumn.

She will be playing the same recital that she is playing for us in Yarm. It is a programme comprising of Franz Schubert – Impromptus, Robert Schumann – Intermezzi Op.4 and Sonata No 1 Op.11 in F-sharpe minor.

You will be amazed to witness the precision and passion that she puts into her playing.
