Dear Customers

I am writing to inform you, now that the Government has confirmed that we are remaining in Tier 3, that we will sadly need to cancel War Horse, based on the Tier 3 restrictions on hospitality venues. Whilst we understand this will be disappointing, we hope you understand this decision is out of our control.

A full refund will be processed at 5pm on Friday. Refunds will take 3 to 5 working days to return to your accounts.

I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for all of your support. I hope you have a Merry Christmas and we will see you soon.
